Shop Cultured prides ourselves on the quality of our products and our ability to provide you with dope stuff. Due to the nature of our items and the close contact that it has with your body, we are unable to accept returns on our items.
Exceptions: Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item you have received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This gives us the opportunity to correctly the issue quickly. In the event that the item in question is no longer available, you will be offered a refund, store credit or the option to pick a comparable item.
