SIZING

How do I know which size to buy?

Our shirts are designed to fit every body type. To achieve this, we use high quality unisex fit shirts.  Please see the size chart under each item to see which size you should order.

ORDERS & SHIPPING TIME

What is the processing time for my order?

All items are mailed within 2-3 business days. Tracking information is provided at the time the order is fulfilled. The estimated delivery date is updated on the USPS website. 

What is the shipping time?

All items are shipped via USPS. We quote 2-3 business days to receive via mail.  The tracking number will be issued via email once the package ships. A signature will not be required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the return policy?

If you receive an item that is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Defective items will be replaced for the same item in the same size. Please contact us via email (info@shop-cultured.com) for further assistance. 

All of our items are handmade- we do not issue refunds for custom orders or orders that have been shipped.

Can I cancel/change my order? 

Most orders can be modified within 24 hours. If the item has already shipped, we are unable to make changes. If a change is needed, please contact us immediately via email so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
